Interested in working on the river?Let's go Tubing! is always looking for good people to join our team. We offer seasonal positions on the Wenatchee, Yakima, and Colorado rivers. If you want hot weather, fun river floating, good pay, fun co-workers, and opportunity for advancement, you've found the right opportunity!
All of our positions require weekend work, we have full and part time, all are seasonal. We work outdoors in the hot sun in a dusty environment. You must be able to swim. You must float the river occasionally. All drivers must be over 25 and a bus driving license is a plus.
Qualifications: We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy rafting, kayaking, tubing, and swimming. Most of our guests are families and beginners, so our staff must be able to give clear instructions and be patient with kids and first timers. To work for us you must be able to hustle when it's busy, be friendly to guests, be accurate, and when it's slow, catch up on equipment maintenance or do some general cleaning . We do not hire smokers. We operate outdoors in city and state parks and maintain a family atmosphere, so a neat and clean appearance is required as well as appropriate language and mannerisms. Most of our staff do a little of everything, so you will learn to check equipment out to people, give basic safety instruction, and check equipment in at the end of the trip.

Go to your local tubing location and talk with the manager on site. Be prepared with a typed resume or letter of interest with the basic information about you, why you want to work for us, and why we should hire you. You should also have floated the river with us to observe how we do things and make sure it is something you want to do. We only hire the best, so you need to show us that you're a good fit. Do not try to talk to any of us at an inappropriate time, like a busy Saturday afternoon. If you really want to work for us I'll give you a hint: These are specific instructions and we will be looking to see if you can follow them.
