The Plan:

History:

So far, we know that a big event happened every year during the 70's and early 80's.  A couple of times it was cancelled due to high water.  It had races, floats, a queen, sponsors, and 3000-5000 participants. 

This year:

Currently we're still researching.  Then we need to come up with a plan.  So currently, the plan is research.  We need to find all the historical information available and then try to find a few participants from the old events.  Once we've learned what we can we can determine what this year's events will be.  We will also need a few more volunteers so we can begin to take on projects.

Meet guests at West Wetlands Park and hire a shuttle bus company to drive everyone to the put in with their tubes.
