You may bring your favorite beverages on the river but please be responsible.  No drinking before the trip, in parks, or on our vehicles.

We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel your trip.  Tubing is very popular and we book up almost every trip every day.  Our deadlines hopefully give us enough time to rebook your cancelled spot. 

You may call to cancel or change AT NO CHARGE up to 6 PM  the night before your trip. 

If you call to cancel or change after the deadline you will be charged $10 per tube for each one you reserved. 

We offer 3 discounts:

1. Groups over 25 receive 10% off.

2. Active duty military receive 20% off midweek and 10% off Sundays.  Must present current ID.  Discount is for individual and immediate family (spouse, kids, parents, siblings)

3. Senior Discount:  If you're over 60 you receive 20% off midweek and 10% off Sundays.

NO DISCOUNTS ON SATURDAYS

A deposit is required, both your car keys and your credit card number.  This ensures two things:  1: We know you are safely off the river because you came back for your keys and 2: We get our equipment back.

Life Vests are always recommended and included with every rental.  They are required for 6 and under or if Mom, Dad, or the group organizer says so.  They should be worn at all times while on the river.

Occasionally things happen and you can't continue on with your plans, or it may be raining or too cool on the day of your float.  We understand, and if you call us after the cancellation deadline but before your trip, we will send you a rain check at your request as a thank you letting us know.  You will still be charged for all the equipment you reserved.  Rain checks are good for the remainder of the current season and all of the following season.

Trips are non refundable and no show no call charges are non refundable.

The following reservation policy is read to every guest when a reservation is booked.

1. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.  Nothing will be charged at this time and you may use any form of payment when you arrive.

2. You may call to cancel or change AT NO CHARGE up to 6 PM  the night before your trip. 

3. If you call to cancel or change after the deadline or don't show up for your trip you will be charged $10 per tube reserved. 

SAME DAY RESERVATIONS:  Same day reservations are non refundable. If you don’t show or come with fewer than you’ve reserved, you will be charged $10 for each tube reserved and not used.
