Reservations are always recommended.  Most Saturdays we sell out which makes it difficult to accommodate walk-in guests.

We understand that some vacations are loosely planned and you may not want to make a reservation.  We usually have room at the 10:00 am float on weekends or with our courtesy hotel shuttle service.  Call or email and we will do our best to get you on the river.

To make your reservation, call or email us with your date, time, number in your group, and extra tubes such as cooler tubes or dog tubes.  A credit card number is required to secure your reservation.  We will not charge the card or hold funds at the time of the reservation.  Cash only is accepted at check in.  Same day reservations are not accepted but you can go to the meeting point early and sign up and pay for a trip in person. 

If Saturday is full consider coming on Friday or Sunday.

What to plan for:  Once you arrive it takes about 15 minutes to check in and get ready.  The bus ride is 5-10 minutes and we do a brief safety talk at.  Generally you put on the river 20-30 minutes after your scheduled reservation.  The float is then 1-5 hours, depending on the river, your launch point, the water level, and the number of stops you make.  The take out takes 5 minutes to rinse and stack your tube. Overall, plan for a 2-6 hour activity.

Reservation Policy:  This is read to every person making a reservation and we follow up when needed.

1. You may call to cancel or change your reservation AT NO CHARGE up to 6 PM  the night before your trip.

2. If you cancel after the deadline, don't show up for your trip, or arrive with fewer than reserved we will charge you $10 for each tube reserved. (pre paid orders forfeit the entire amount paid)

3. If you are late you will lose your reservation and have to sign up on the waiting list.

* The reservation policy applies to season pass and ticket holders. 

*. We need a credit card to secure your reservation.  Nothing will be charged now and we do not hold any funds.  Pay cash at the river.

Other Useful information:

 Its hot out there so bring lots of drinking water.  If you are bringing other beverages, bring ice and

    DO NOT BRING GLASS

Some walking is required, wear sturdy footwear.
