Our new lodging program is designed to help you offer convenient access to a fun river activity for your guests. There are no up front costs to participate and you are only billed for the actual number of your guests that come tubing. As a lodging partner, you will receive a premium website listing on our Where to Stay page and be recommended to callers by our staff.
Tubing is a fun and relaxing river activity. It is the perfect way to enjoy and cool off on a hot July or August day. It is great for kids, families, groups, couples, parties, and even pets. We provide life vests and custom deluxe tubes with maps, seats, cup holders, and hooks for clipping together. We have tubes with ice chests and tubes for dogs. We operate 7 days a week, and reserve time slots for lodging partner guests so they can get on the river, even on a busy weekend, even if they booked their trip last minute. We even offer local hotel pick up service* so your guests don't have to hassle with parking.
We'll even take several of your staff tubing so you'll have first hand experience about the trip and can see for yourself just how fun it is!

Details of the lodging program:

What you do: You create a tubing package where a set number of tubing trips are included with a specific room rental. You set the package price. You list and link us on your website and display our brochures in your rooms or lobby. You inform the guest to contact us to reserve a time that best fits their schedule. (You may also make the reservation for them) You distribute tubing tickets to your guests when they check in. You may sell additional tickets, give them away, or even use them for your employees. Tubing tickets may not be sold for more than our retail price. You keep record of how many tickets are issued and to whom. You return unused tickets at the end of the season. (for record keeping and security)

What we do: We issue tubing tickets to you customized with your name and logo. Lodging tickets have no weekday/weekend restrictions and are good for the entire season. We place a display add on our lodging page that links to your website. We recommend you to our callers when they ask about where to stay. We take the guest's reservation and work out the trip details. We hold open slots on the weekends reserved just for lodging partner guests. We bill you at the end of each month for the actual number of tickets redeemed. You receive 10% off adult and youth prices and pay $3 for 1-6 year old tickets. You are not charged sales tax. We charge a two adult ticket minimum for the entire season. This will be charged at the end of the season if none of your lodging tickets have been redeemed. We guarantee your guests' satisfaction. If they are unhappy with their trip and you need to provide service recovery, we will adjust our billing accordingly.** We remain flexible and accommodating to you and your guests. |

If the lodging program isn't something that works for you, we'd still like to exchange website links with you. We will add your business name and phone number to our lodging (or business, activity, or restaurant) page with a link back to your website. In exchange, you will add a similar listing for Tube Leavenworth on your activities or recreation page.
