| Cancellation |
We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel your trip. Tubing is very popular and we book up almost every trip every day. Our deadlines hopefully give us enough time to rebook your cancelled spot. You may call to cancel or change AT NO CHARGE up to 6 PM the night before your trip. Groups of 10 or more must cancel or change ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE TRIP. If you call to cancel or change after the deadline you will be charged full price for all the equipment you reserved. |
| Life Vests | Life Vests are required for 6 and under or if Mom, Dad, or the group organizer says so. |
| Rain Checks | Occasionally things happen and you can't continue on with your plans, or it may be raining or too cool on the day of your float. We understand, and if you call us after the cancellation deadline but before your trip, we will send you a rain check at your request as a thank you letting us know. You will still be charged for all the equipment you reserved. Rain checks are good for the remainder of the current season and all of the following season. |
| Refunds | Trips are non refundable and no show no call charges are non refundable. |

Reservations: The following reservation policy is read to every guest when a reservation is booked. |
1. A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Nothing will be charged at this time and you may use any form of payment when you arrive. 2. You may call to cancel or change AT NO CHARGE up to 6 PM the night before your trip. Groups of 10 or more must cancel or change ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE TRIP. 3. If you call to cancel or change after the deadline you will be charged full price for all the equipment you reserved. 4. Same day reservations are non refundable. 5. If you arrive with fewer people than you reserved you will be charged for the number reserved. If you arrive with more, they may add on if space is available. 6. Arrive 15 minutes early to check in so our shuttle can leave at the scheduled time. If you are late we will try to get you on the next bus but it is subject to availability. 7. Our website has directions, what to expect, what to bring, waiver forms, and our reservation policy. 8. Launch and end points vary based on changing conditions |
