Reservations are recommended. Some days we sell out which makes it difficult to accommodate walk-in guests. To make your reservation, call or email us with your date, time, number in your group, and extra tubes such as cooler tubes or dog tubes. A credit card number is required to secure your reservation. Any form of payment can be used at check in. We do not take same day phone reservations but you may call to check availability.  What to plan for: Try to arrive 15 minutes before your trip to check in and get ready. The bus ride is 5-10 minutes and we do a brief safety talk at the put in. Generally you put on the river 20-30 minutes after your scheduled departure. The float is then 2-4 hours, depending on the water level and the number of stops you make. The take out takes 5 minutes to rinse and stack your tube. Overall, plan for a 3-5 hour activity. |

Reservation Policy: 1. A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Nothing will be charged until the day of your trip. (except pre season ticket sales, see below) 2. You may call to cancel or change your reservation AT NO CHARGE up to 6 PM the night before your trip. (except same day reservations or groups of 10 or more, see below) 3. If you don't show up for your trip or you call and cancel after the 6 PM deadline you will be charged $10 for each tube reserved. Rain checks are available. 4. Charges will be based on actual equipment used for your trip. No show's will be charged $10 for each tube reserved and not used. 5. Go to tubeleavenworth.com and review our reservation policy, get a list of what to bring, print maps and directions, and print the waiver form. Same day reservations: Same day reservations are non refundable. If you don't show or come with fewer than you've reserved, you will be charged $10 for each tube reserved and not used. Groups or 10 or more: Cancellations must be made by 6PM 2 DAYS PRIOR to the trip to allow us time to reschedule. If you call to cancel or change after the deadline you will be charged $10 for each tube reserved and not used. PRE SEASON TICKETS will be charged on the day ordered at the discounted rate. Cancellations are entitled to a full cash value rain check or a 50% refund when the tickets are returned. |
